Have you ever heard the term upskilling? The term describes a relatively recent workplace trend that facilitates continuous learning for employees. Individuals can “up their skills” by participating in training programs and development opportunities that expand an employee’s abilities and minimize any skill gaps they may have. MCC’s Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology program is currently upskilling several Wallace-Dunn HVAC employees in its evening programming.
