Bulthuis Endowed Scholarship

Claudia Blair Bulthuis is a third-generation patron of Montgomery Community College. After living and working in various parts of the country, Mrs. Bulthuis returned home to Troy. With her husband Jim, she has been a positive influence on the efforts to renovate and preserve downtown Troy. Their restoration of historic homes and business establishments in Troy have brought new vitality and beautification to the town.
